Finanzas corporativas e innovación de productos en mercados competitivos ofrece una perspectiva sistémica e integrada de la gestión empresarial moderna, supera los silos departamentales tradicionales para demostrar cómo coexisten y se potencian la rigurosidad financiera y la agilidad comercial. La obra se estructura en tres pilares distinguibles que guían al lector desde la fundamentación económica hasta la proyección estratégica de la organización. En primer lugar, se introducen las finanzas corporativas como el lenguaje común del éxito empresarial, se analiza aquí la toma de decisiones sobre inversión y financiamiento, y el uso de herramientas técnicas como el presupuesto de capital para maximizar el valor de la firma. En segundo lugar, se aborda la gestión estratégica del producto, conectando los recursos presupuestarios con la creación de propuestas de valor integrales que abarcan bienes, servicios y experiencias memorables orientadas a la fidelización del cliente. Finalmente, se examina el pronóstico financiero como un puente proyectado hacia el futuro, aquí se enfoca el análisis hacia los métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos que reducen la incertidumbre y dotan a los directivos de capacidades proactivas ante la volatilidad del entorno global. A través de la combinación de rigor académico y una orientación práctica enriquecida con el cálculo de razones financieras para evaluar la salud patrimonial, este libro se constituye en una guía para profesionales, investigadores y estudiantes que buscan optimizar la rentabilidad, sostenibilidad y posicionamiento competitivo de sus organizaciones en el mercado contemporáneo.
